Crux Australis
You look trustworthy. I saw you at the sly-grog shop on Wednesday, and you didn't breathe a word to the Camp — figured you were good for this too. It's an early build of the thing I've been digging away at. Not finished. Not licensed, strictly speaking. But it's good stuff, and you're one of the few I'd hand it to.

Take the parcel
Getting past your own trooper
macOS (Apple Silicon)
- 1Unzip the parcel, then drag
CruxAustralis-Mac-Shipping.appwherever you keep things. - 2Double-click it. This one's got its papers in proper order — no trooper's stopping you at the door.
Windows (64-bit)
- 1Unzip the parcel — you'll get a folder called
Windows. The game itself sits down insideWindows\CruxAustralis\Binaries\Win64\. - 2Windows will eye it the same way a trooper eyes a digger with no licence to show — "Windows protected your PC." Click "More info", then "Run anyway." It's only unfamiliar, not unlicensed.
- 3Run
CruxAustralis-Win64-Shipping.exe. Worth pinning a shortcut somewhere handy —Binaries\Win64isn't a path you'll want to go digging for twice. - 4After that, it knows your face. Opens clean every time from then on.
Early days yet, so mind the rough ground — you'll find seams showing here and there.
But the whole story runs, arrival to the dawn assault to a real ending — not a slice
that cuts off partway. If something breaks or feels wrong underfoot, I'd genuinely
like to hear about it.
